Betty Sebrow is an educator, relationship coach, columnist, media host, and community advocate. Her career has spanned education, publishing, mental health advocacy, matchmaking, and event leadership. Betty Sebrow connects with people from all walks of life and has dedicated decades to helping individuals strengthen relationships, navigate personal challenges, and build meaningful connections within their communities.

Since 1982, she has worked as a matchmaker or Shadchan for Baila Sebrow Events, LLC. She serves as a dating and relationship coach, helping clients improve communication skills and make healthier relationship decisions through mentorship and individual coaching sessions.

Beyond matchmaking and events, Ms. Sebrow devotes time to advocacy and mental health awareness through her work with Neshoma Advocates, LLC., which she founded in 2007. Through educational summits, workshops, and training services, the organization addresses issues affecting at-risk youth and families, including mental health, child abuse, domestic violence, substance use, and homelessness.

Betty Sebrow is also a columnist for 5 Towns Jewish Times (5TJT). Her writing combines practical guidance with research and community insight, making her column one of the publication’s most popular features.
